"very bad exerience in istanbul with green motion company i reserved a car in intermediate gategory but they gave me another car in economy gategory after they convinced me that they would gave me my reserved car in next day , after that they didn't reply my calls and i complained many time to customer service in england also they were helpless . "Regardless of the App the services provided by them is sucks , i had a loss of 3000 Euros due to the poor services, 10 days after booking a car thru them, and they charged me on spot and upon following up with them they said regret to inform you that no cars are available now am finding the possible way to sue them"
